Another thing:
I think that injuries are a little too common, especially among pitchers. I hardly ever used to see glavine, maddux and smoltz get injured throughout the 90s. |

But those are rare pitchers. I think there should be MORE long term injuries for pitchers.

Not offhand; I'll just describe it again.
![]() For an odd number of teams in a league, create the league with one team more than you actually want. Go through the entire creation process, and make sure a schedule is generated for the league. Once you have your league set up, select one team for deletion and delete it, giving you the odd number of teams that you want. You still have the old schedule in place, however, so that needs to be deleted as well. Once that's done, import a custom-created schedule that is designed for the particular odd number of teams league setup that you have. When the schedule is successfully imported, you should be good to go with your odd number of teams. (Note: there are already several schedules for odd numbers of teams in a league created by gmo; you should be able to find them in the Schedules section of the Mods forum.) The game's built-in schedule generator cannot handle leagues with an odd number of teams, so rather than let someone go through the process of setting up a league for it only to fail at the schedule creation phase, Markus set up the restriction against using an odd number of teams from the start. |

Workaround idea. What about a "Designated for Assignment" style box with variable length, named "Minor League DL". Not perfect, but would make it so you could stash a player until he's healed up, and you'd be able to use the "Ask Bench Coach" buttons.

And since no one mentioned where to find it when I posted it as a question, on the Rule 5 Draft, I'd like a "Draft Log" tab like in the general draft so I can easily see who was drafted.

One more. Would it be possible to either allow the user to set the "default" for key screens or at least make it so when you select the Pitchers or Lineup Screens you get the right players and stats for the right level? (Really annoying to go to the Lineup screen and get a list of pitchers or the AAA stats for the players at the major-league level.)

If there's a suggestion here you like, please add it to the appropriate thread in the Suggestions sub-forum. That way I can collect it, spell-check it, and send it to Markus and Andreas.
