Real Life Age & Stat Comparisons

Gene Lillard played for 20 years (1932-1954), three in MLB and 19 in the minors, losing three years to the Military. A versatile performer, Lillard pitched, and had a record of 35-26 in the minors. As a third baseman, twice he led the Pacific Coast League in HR and he ended his baseball career in the minors as a catcher. He was inducted into the Pacific Coast League Hall of Fame in 2010.
