I have a game that simply won't load anymore (stuck at 93%). Historical game, started in 1966 and "skipped" to 1967 so I could start with an expansion team.

(And also a weird bug that made Howie Morenz appear in the players list and that I could offer him a contract thru right click -- though the player to which Morenz was linked to was... another player, active or presumably active in 1967. Of course, Morenz was indeed very dead in 1967, but that's beside the point).

Will send tomorrow. Name will be EssaiExpansion1967.

EDIT : Copying on FTP at the moment.

I'm in 2020 of a regular game and i've just started the preseason on the 9/23. any time i try to advance the game crashes.

also, in the same save, not a big deal but i was the gm of the panthers for one day. it's been a couple years later and i still get emails to renew scout/coach contract, name captains, and during the draft when i select pick until human it still stops on the panthers. i cant take any action on any of those items but it is annoying

Hi

I allready tried this once but i try it again. Im playing liiga (Finland) team Tappara and this game crash everytime at 23rd of October 2015. I allready tried to uninstall and install again but it wasn`t help at all unfortunaly.

Im using Windows 8.1 and game version is 2.5 build 39 steam

I allready uploaded savegame to FTP save name is tero1.lg.rar

Hopefully ill get a response on this one.... I am doing a single season replay of the 2000-2001 season. Original seedings appear to be ok but after 1st round and after I have noticed issues. 2nd round featured a #6 seed getting the home ice over a #5 seed. Also in the Stanley Cup the #6 seed had home Ice over #1 seed. Not sure if this is a bug or what.

Maybe if i replay the season again it will not happen or ill have other issues similar in other seasons.

I encountered a new one last night. I opted not to resign with the Ottawa 67's, and became a free agent. Mid October comes around and the Sudbury Wolves hire me. So I go to hire a couple players, and it says maximum contracts reached. However my Protected list only shows 30/50.

As stated above, the first season (95 lockout season) of my historical career had playoffs. I purchased the game from Steam after the latest patch.

Frustrating.

Ok! I am not alone with this problem, i have this problem with 3 of my game!

I had no problems with this from 1967-68 through 1982-83, then suddenly there are no playoffs for the 1983-84 season.

This also happened in another game. I started in 1989-90 and there were playoffs, but then in 1990-91 there were no playoffs. I believe both of the "no playoffs" happened after the latest update.

This has probably been reported before but each season at the start of the free agency (starting my game from 2015 season)Toronto ML has hired a new GM despite me already being in the role. I then face the situtation of the team having two GM's.

The quick workaround is to turn on commissioner mode, change my profile to be a free agent, and then take back the GM role exclusively.

I can report that after the patch seeding for 1979-80 playoffs is a bit broken. First, there's no playoff line in the regular season table, then there's no seeds until after Preliminary Round. This used to work fine. Graphical bug, I presume.

Not sure if this has been reported before.......but I am experiencing a issue in my current game where the AI is signing unsigned draftees on its own even when I have all the manager options set to be controlled by me.

I have started a game with the Sheffield Steelers. i'm in the first season and when I get to 26th December and I try to advance to the next day the game crashes when simulating at 44%. Any way I can get round this?

This seems to be happening to many people. Did the owner hire another GM?

Historical mode seems to be critically broken right now. Tried to continue my earlier Pens 67 save after Malte sent back a repaired file (at least he thought it is).
Moved forward to 1978 offseason and as you can see on the screenie the is no 'Auto-play to event...Playoffs' option.

Will we get a quick hotfix on this ?

Yep I checked and that's exactly whats happening. Is there a way to stop the owner from hiring another GM?

Same here, three different games as well. All with different teams and different start years. Picked a bad time to start messing around with historical mode I guess. Too bad, I was having fun with it after taking a few months off from the game. Guess it's already time for another hiatus haha.

I created a bunch of players in 2015-16 that were born in 2000, thinking that they would be drafted to the CHL in June 2016. None of them were, and I made sure that their OHL, WHL, and QMJHL rights were set to "None" instead of "Free" as I was told to do last time this happened to me, but it still doesn't work.
