Here's another one for you...Playing a Fictitious league with 6 teams and 6 minor league teams...after one season, one of the minor league teams renamed itself to a U16 team from Germany.

Here is Tom Barrasso, started his career in 1983 but for some reason the game put him in a Kansas City Scouts jersey 10 years after the team had played. As u can see he played for New Jersey Devils & Ottawa Senators, but never for the KC Scouts.

I'm playing historical with the FHM development engine. I do not play with drafts but at the very first real-NHL draft in 1963, it appears anyway but crash when i try to go through it automatically(No players to pick visible either). This surely must have gotten up before, what is it about and how do i force through it?

Are you even sure that he played in those years that are apparently missing? I've seen it countless times that good to very good players are RFAs for years in historical mode.

Getting messages about players being pput on waivers. But when I check the waivers screen, there're not there. And none of my players are being put on waivers, despite a warning about all my minor leaguers being put on the list.
(Custom league mode)

updated to 2.5.39 during the 1977-78 season
After the regular season ended, no playoffs occured, no trophies handed out
Not able to sim past June 30th 1978 so basically the save game is for the bin

uploaded save for checking '1967 March of the Penguins.lg'

Having exact same issue with my 86-87 oilers sim. just updated game this morning. was working fine for the previous season a few days ago

Having downloaded the patch I find that none of these problems have been fixed. Both assists were on goals by Tremblay and both goals were counted as his 4th of the season!!! If stats recording is this far out of whack, I'm not sure of the point of playing.

version 2.5.39 Steam

Played a season through my historical league (Starting in 94/95). I'm currently in my 2nd season, on August 2nd or so. The game crashed. When I tried to open the save, the loading bar got to 'trades' and then stopped loading. I believe it was around 93% loaded and it would stay there.

Outside of playing in an online league this is the first time I have played a game in awhile so i don't know if i'm alone with this issue. I'm currently playing as the Leafs and have 8 dmen on my main roster. Two guys get injured (Gardiner and Polak) and they continue to play even though they are clearly injured. They have the red cross symbol next to both their names. And even though i'm only the GM and the AI is in charge of the lines there are two other capable defencemen that can replace them but it's not happening. I have the newest updates for the record. Not sure if this is a bug but i was told to put this here as it shouldn't be happening.

So I'm on the latest version of FHM 2 on steam and playing as the Bruins as GM and Head coach and just about to start season 2 and new ownership takes over and hires an additional General Manager. So it lists me as the GM/Head Coach and the new guy as General Manager. I'm playing in commission mode, so I've edited and made the new hire unemployed, but the new owner just keeps hiring a new one everytime I advance the day. I've also tried going back to old saves, but it keeps doing it everytime at the end of the offseason. Anyone seen this or have any feedback?

Sorry, I posted this in the general discussion with a pdf attachment, but can't do it here. Basically, on my roster page, I'm not able to see any of the tabs, like age, salary etc. I can click on the area where I know they are, but I can't see them. Gets a bit annoying after awhile.

Same issue here. I've been playing the current season up til 2021 just fine. I updated to the new patch recently prior to completing the season. After finishing my current season my owner did the exact same thing as yours and hired an additional GM. This GM has gone on to trade off some of my key players so I've stopped playing. I have everything set properly in my Manager settings so this is a new issue I'm pretty sure.

You are talking about when a player CLEARS waivers; in this situation, he hasn't cleared.

Just wanted to confirm this bug in the latest version. Teams cannot claim a player and immediately send him to the AHL without having to pass through waivers again.

UPDATE:

Tried loading the season again and it did successfully load. It took an unusually long time but it loaded and has loaded every time (quickly) since then.

Unfortunately, at the end of my 2nd season (1996), the game skips the playoffs. I was able to play in the playoffs the season before (lockout-shortened season). The upcoming events for 1996 show the playoffs starting on April 16th. When I get to that date, the only thing that happens is a bunch of news reports about what teams are letting staff go.

Could aspects of my save file(s) be corrupted?

Same thing for me. When I updated to 2.5.39 the 77-78 season had already ended, however when I simmed past June 30, 1978 the game crashed. The game continues to crash every time I try to sim past this date.

I'm in the same situation. No playoffs or awards end of 95/96 season. It shows I 'won' the league because I had the best regular season record.

Able to sim up to June 30th, 1996. Game crashes when I try to advance to July 1, 1996.

As stated above, the first season (95 lockout season) of my historical career had playoffs. I purchased the game from Steam after the latest patch.

Frustrating.
