Depends on the issues located, how critical, and when you are in the dev cycle. I've seen two a day before.

"GPEdit.msc is only available in XP Professional not XP Home."

I guess that's me... I am currently looking for a plan B.

Now with 8.0.0.12 but game only loads thru 2006, so 2007 numbers do no good.

We might just save a lot of typing and waiting if those with questions would drop in to soxxcountry.com LIVE chat at duffys tavern, beer is free. Andreas, if u have time to provide live guidance???

I loaded up a Lahman game through 2007 and started in 2008 - though it seemed to start 2008 with the 2007 opening day rosters.

You need to download the full version of 8 to get the updated Lahman, not the patch (as I think that only affects the executable)

They are just Fixing one thing in each Patch.
They could added these things in one of the Patches Minor League Rehab,from NHL Eastside Hockey Manager Unsigned Prospects and Team Organation Page,Rule 5 Draft the way it is in real Life,Minor League Team Contract with a MLB or other Team,Shared Affliates and Non Rosters Players and Pitchers/Split Squad Games,Minor League Camp.

OOTP8.exe-Unable to Locate Component
This application has failed to start because elicen40.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix the problem but I don't want o have to reinstall it somaybe somebody could post the file here.

So where exactly are the Mac files then? The zip file at the beginning of this thread is a zipped exe file.

So if I downloaded and bought the full game yesterday (Thurs) do I have to install this patch or was the file the updated file? And if I hit check for updates will it find this patch and install it or do I have to do it all manually?

Sorry, first time with this game, not familiar with process. Any advice would be appreciated.

Downloads are all up to date with the patches, And yes if they come up with a new patch all you have to do is hit check for updates
