Leaving the lists open until midnight leads to other problems, as we saw a few weeks ago when several people did not get the final updates. |

Here's the waiting list for the three open spots:
sharknut1 (Columbus Clippers) Nothingman (Georgia Peaches) chazzycat3 (New New York Mets) Victreid (Santa Monica Beachgoers) jeff1787 (Butte City Bruisers) I have not heard from the first three teams to know if they have a chance to be promoted. Unless two of them claim a spot before 7PM, then you are in. |

Both my teams are in Diamond, Columbus and Georgia Peaches. Peaches already added this years Diamond teams to the friends list. I'd rather only do one team, so leave Columbus out please and I use Peaches. Thank you

The lists are now complete except for the D354 WS teams, unless someone comes forward in the next hour. |

My two teams are staying in diamond. Seals blew a 2-0 lead in the ALDS.

Thanks again Orcin for all that you've done over the past several weeks to start this league up and then to maintain it the way you have. I know it's been more work than you signed up for, thank you for putting in the time for the rest of us schmucks.

Hey guys, I was thinking about 20 coming out, and I think it would be fun for one of my teams to be Live cards only, to fully appreciate the way that ratings will be constantly changing during the baseball season... a blend of fantasy baseball and Perfect Team.
Would any of you be interested in forming a friends league with that type of teams? I was thinking that it wouldn't be interesting unless it was also a Cap League similar to what Orcin set up here. Otherwise all the teams would just add the best Live cards each week and as they change. It would probably need a different scale due to the lower level of Live player cards and to keep it interesting. I was thinking 50 points still, with a scale something like: Perfect = 10 points Diamond = 8 points Gold = 5 points Silver = 3 points Bronze = 1 point Iron = 0 points And for cap purposes any card that started the season on your Active Roster retains the point value it started the season with unless moved to the Reserve Roster. Any new card added during the season would be at its current OVR points. OR... another fun way to do it might be to drop the cap and instead say, each owner picks 3 (4?, 5?) MLB teams at the start of each season and uses only players from those teams. I'd be willing to do the bookkeeping like Orcin did, at least for a while, and only stop if it turned out to be too burdensome. But the hope would be to run leagues through the end of the regular season. Any thoughts? Any takers? Last edited by 2002halos; 03-11-2019 at 03:33 AM. |

Since we were down on the Diamond list, hope it's alright that I snuck in my 2 other teams. Of note, both of them ONLY were friends with each other and my main team, and my main team were friends with not quite everyone from the main list as well as Matt2/Matt3, so we probably don't need 100% complete lists each week to fill up leagues (helpful to know if this will continue next year at all).

Could someone make a thread for the diamond league? I am in gold level now, so I can’t see how it turned out.
