Lager League: Pilsner Division - Weyerbacher Blithering Idiot - The heavy favorites in the pre-season predictions, Weyerbacher didn't disappoint to start the season as they are currently on a 16 game winning streak and have bolted out of the starting gates to an 18-2 record in April (and already a 7.5 game lead).

Lager League: Kolsch Diviion - Charleville Half Wits - thanks in large part to the monster start by Batter-of-the-Month A.J. Conley, Charleville is off to a hot start of 15-5 to lead the division by 2 games.

Lager League: Helles Division - Sierra Nevada Narwhals - every season has one division that seems to lag behind the rest. This year it appears to be the Helles division as the Narwhals sit atop with a 10-10 record; but as the Porter division showed last season, even a poor start can be overcome in a long season.

Lager League: Tripel Division - Meadowlark Mob Barley - the Mob Barley hold a slim 1 game lead in the division at 14-6. Free agent pickup Steve Jabusch is doing his best to impress his new team and fans as he leads the team in batting with a .338 average

Stout League: Porter Division - Terrapin Hopsecutioner - last season's Porter division champ, Terrapin is off to a solid 14-6 start to lead the division by 2 games. DH Hector Davila (.354 average) and free agent acquisition Danny Ortega (.325, 7 home runs, 24 RBIs) are a big part of Terrapin's push for a repeat performance

Stout League: Dunkel Division - Sleeping Giant Beaver Duck - the solid 3-4 batting of Javier Arboleda (.343, 2 home runs, 15 RBIs) and Eric Day (.356, 2 home runs, 14 RBIs) are helping power the Beaver Duck to a 12-8 start and a 2 game lead in the division

Stout League: Eisbock Division - Red Rock Elephino - with a balance run production (7 players with 14 or more RBIs), Red Rock hope to keep the teamwork aspect going as it has put them 1.5 games into the lead in the division at 13-8

Stout League: Altbier Division - Tattered Flag Man of War - not to be outdone by Weyerbacher, the Man of War are off to an impressive 16-3 start to lead their division by 5 games. Powered by shortstop David Beyer (.452 average, 2 home runs, 11 RBIs, 21 runs scored, .517 on base percentage, 1.188 OPS), management hopes they can continue their solid play through the season.
