I realize some people are trying to be cute with their picks, but the defending super bowl champs to lose AT HOME on week one against a team that they have absolutely dominated since Peyton Manning became the quarterback?

I wasn't being cute. I was serious about looking for the fastest exit.

I picked NE because I'm looking for the upset and I don't want to get rid of an easy one immediately like Arizona, Detroit, Chicago, Dallas or the such. If they win, I lose if not, I win. 50-50 chance and with the Colts.

They were in the Super Bowl last year.....which probably means you'll win. Last year my wife won the weekly pool at her job three times, solely on the basis of the "whether she liked the teams' helmets or not"

I'll give this a shot this year.

We're picking Cincinnati for week one.

At least they got rid of Couch. A guy that can't beat out 142 year old Doug Pederson is not a legitimate NFL quarterback.

they should've signed Ty Detmer. He did a fine job of completing passes to Cleveland players.
