I've been asking since helmets came into the game. Sadly from the screenshots and video it's looking like nothing has changed.

I'd love to find out that's such an early build that new helmets weren't included.

Any improvements to player animations being smoother and not knowing whether a player stealing a base will be safe or out well before the ball arrives? This has been one of OOTPs biggest weaknesses imo

I love the new sortable interface on the "Shop Player Around" page! I'd love to see some way to sort the dev lab also... it'd make it easier (or possible, even) to know at a glance who is and isn't enrolled in a program currently.

Unless there is some incredible features that are still to be unveiled, looks as if I will skip pre order and wait for one of the big sales late in the year. Seems the focus of the game is going more arcade than simulation

They would certainly have the Shohei Ohtani League* listed as a major selling point in the announcement if they finally got the rights to it. As for the others...

Well, the pre-order page mentions the return of international leagues but doesn't say there's any new ones (again, they'd probably mention it) but the ambiguity of "including the X, Y, and Z" could mean they've gotten another (pretty minor) foreign league? Does "including" specifically mean the following list isn't exhaustive, or does that just tend to happen?

*Don't know what I can type without it being 'censored', so I'll just go with that.
