Played through a bunch of test games on build 64,
I have the ball disappearing bug posted in the bug forum. When catcher goes to throw on a steal, or throw after a strike out, or misses the ball on a WP/PB, the ball disappears.

Also, while going through the games, with baserunning set to manual, I never got a baserunning choice pop-up? There were a number of situations where I'd usually see a 1st to 3rd, 2nd to home, or sac fly situation, and never saw a pop-up. Thought it might be low sample size, so I kept going and still haven't seen it. Modern MLB 2024 test game.

I think it's a problem of the distribution of relievers converging towards the mean over time, rather than just a problem of outliers. If the mean-centered distribution is realistic and so intended, then the distribution of 2024 players may need to be adjusted.

Is anything still being worked on regarding player development? I still am not able to get any draft picks into the majors even after 5 - 6 years. Every player drafted ends up becoming a AAAA player at best.

This is with the favor tools, maxed out scouting budget, HIGH development budget, best coaches I can find.
