Never seen this happen in the 3D animation.
Ground balls are fielded by the third baseman way over near the fence in foul territory and he throws out the runner at first base. This happened twice in the same game today. |

Yeah, I’ve seen that too, although at least IME the ball seems to usually be shifted 45 degrees to the right, not to the left. Also, if you watch the replay, everything looks fine so I don’t think the instructions the game generates to produce the play in 3D mode are wrong necessarily.
