For some reason, quite possibly the font, but I cannot put my finger on it....the screens just seem easier to read this year, without me making any changes.

And yes, the loading/closing is faster too.

Is there a way to watch a replay of the previous play and how are you able to see the Spray chart?

Once the play is completed and the next batter is ready, press F10 for replay.

Press F8 to toggle spray chart on/off.

I wish the Team Finances screen was customizable like the Manager's Home page/Team Home page. Feels like we lost some real estate between 23 and 24.

On a 4K monitor, with default settings comparison between 23 and 24...

All fonts are slightly larger. I cant really tell a difference between the fonts other than a slight increase in size that makes it dramatically (in my opinion) easier on the eyes. I am also a fan of this.

Yeah, you have to click F8 again to turn it off. Speaking of which, I'd love for that overlay to be less... garish. Like, if it was just red and green with less invasive fonts and didn't "shimmer", I might be inclined to leave it on all the time...

The concept I love, the active graphic not so much.

The radiating waves of light I am not a fan of. Just a simple graphic that shows me the % in each of the 5 zones would be better for me.

Maybe give a 3rd option?

Is the highlighted portion going to function this season? I previously enjoyed this feature and the accompanying signature tool tremendously ... but understand it was rather niche. That said, it was incredibly disappointing to see this feature not work the last few seasons while continuing to be listed as a feature.

In my opinion it is a much better look to edit out that text from the feature list if there isn't high confidence it will work at release.

Did you get this fixed? In the past I've had the same issue.
My experience is you would have to close v24 before copying in your v23 user.dat file.

Ie.
Open v24, hit the trouble shooting tab, open config file, Close OOTP24, now copy in your user.dat., close the config folder. Restart OOTP24 and your user.dat file should stick.

I hope that helps. It will be Friday before I get my Steam copy to give this a go.

One of my favorite features in the game. Kept good track of all my progress in the game over multiple saves. Was super bummed they took it out, no point in doing challenge mode without it imo.

Game simulation speed seems faster. Can someone else confirm that I am not just seeing things, and this is true?

I created my fictional league and as I always do, I sim the first 15 seasons so there is league history...and V24 is ZOOMING through.

I was really hoping fonts for jerseys would be simple enough, just select and pick the colors but this is not the case. I have custom teams and jerseys and unless there's something I don't know I can't add numbers and names in the custom team colors. If I choose any of the MLB teams' fonts they will load with that team's colors.

If that's the way it'll be it's disappointing, but not a deal killer.

The jersey model implemented for 23 is still inferior (IMO) to the earlier version.

I suppose I have no idea how WBC works in this game if you incorporate it into your MLB world. You get an offer to manage right at the beginning of the season but from there it's complete chaos. Anyone else check this option? Perhaps you're not supposed to cross streams.

There's a button on the batter widget you can press to enable or disable the spray chart. The superstats replay can be accessed through the options menu at the top.
