It'll get worse until you get left behind by the whales. Moving up just concentrates the super teams further. Silver is still the highest league this week.

just can't seem to get over this .500 hump debating if I should continue to spend (3K) pp remaining to better the team or just take the L..and hope they're not in a slump next year and at least try to learn my players new positions hope they can play it well

Either way could work out my friend. We still have half a season left to either make a run or start training some players....

When the worst SP you face over a two-week stretch is Corbin, it's pretty daunting.
There just aren't any easy games in this division. Even the teams who are struggling are rolling out top-tier rotations and line-ups. |

Yes, That is true and I have not figured out any way of combating that when my hitters do not hit. Lol...

I’m hoping that a change in my OOTP background will bring luck the rest of the way out... Nothing else to lose!

I haven't but I'm hoping/assuming that it will be similar to last week in that 16 get moved up until people reach the top level. After that I think it is 4 up/4 down?

I believe it shows on the pt universe page (not at home to login and check)...
thought it was 16 up (for now until the higher leagues fill in) and 2 down (from silver to bronze).... |

I have never been 8 games out in my life. This Fire team is a little frustrating to play against. Great job. I need to make the playoffs and do a couple of adjustments. (Maybe change my back ground)

That is the truth. Last year was almost the epic upset when you were down 2 games in a 3 game series to a below .500 team that made the playoffs whom you had a 40 more wins. Bronze pitchers were outperforming perfect 100s. Nothing is guaranteed come playoffs. |

And I was trialed in my elimination, saved by Homeruns... Actually there is a lot of Bronze pitchers that I love, Berrios, Arrieta,Cone...

Ok, I have done about everything I can do to make a run down the stretch. I am probably to far back to catch Fire( Who is wonderful) but I feel if I can get in the playoffs and then win the wild card (Which I hate a one game series) I could make a good run in the playoffs. With a lot of luck of course. I never thought I would ever have a struggle making the playoffs. Ever in any league I play in. Hats off to all of you. You are 29 class players and I am honored playing with you all. Not happy but honored. Lol.
