Shane Scott added to the HS league since I was still in-season when you posted. Will be eligible for next year's draft

2042 LEAGUE STANDINGS & PLAYOFF TREE.

Will post season results later, but it's been an interesting year for our guys including far more major league debuts and someone who is on the road via trade.

Toronto (formerly Chicago Blue Collars) last won a title 134 years ago. The City of Toronto's last title came when the old Toronto Blue Shirts won their lone title 96 years ago. So either way, it'd been a long suffering title to a fan base in two cities far away, including the many Blue Collars fans who stuck with the team despite the move, as well as tons of Toronto fans who rooted for the old BlueShirts.

Well the streak is over. The Blue Collars are champions.

Joe Peters is the first player among our created players to make an all-star team. He did so in his rookie year, to boot.

Joe Peters & Charlie Vane won their respective league's Rookie of the Year (Sam Marshall) award. Vane also took home Gold Glove honors at first base. Congrats gang!

Poor Schenck- a good year at SA a year ago, but a poor one at AA this time. Injury related?

BTW- How do you copy the stats from the game and make them all orderly in the code tags like that?

No injuries in the league, but the game still will "diminish" talent to them to balance things out, I guess. At least we ran into that in fast-sim and I'm simming this league the same way.

I will get the game to export the report, I copy it straight from the HTML and then put it into Note pad and tab a bit over to get it all formatted right. Then paste in code tags.

Looks like the HTML has updated the front page, so the team stuff is probably good to go then if you want to peruse.

Here's your MVP of the 243rd Daylight Series who was an absolute beast in this post-season, even coming on in relief to clinch Game 6. He's a native Canadian who was dealt from Pittsburgh to help Canada's team win their first championship in ages.

Great story. That entire team was intriguing to me in terms of how it came together, but don't have to do a story on them right now. The ace of their staff Adro Mercado only had 14 wins, but their bullpen was lights out and their offense got the job done somehow despite being near the bottom of most major offensive categories in the AL.

Yeah Joe Peters is stupid, "the defense of Clemente+the offense of Ruth" SO basicly the best player you can think of? Seriously Joe?

Considering moving the Danbury club, if I had somewhere else to put them. Maybe give Chicago a 2nd team again? Go elsewhere? At this point, it's either big city club, Texas or the Pacific Northwest.

Would be an interesting twist to return them back home where they came from.

Danbury is safe. Oklahoma City is moving to Tacoma next season to become the Tacoma Metropolitans. The California Wrens are also moving out of San Bernardino, but not sure where yet. They'll stay the Wrens as they have since 1800, but they've lived in Carolina, Baltimore, Newark and now Southern California. A fifth city in the works? Considered sending them back to Baltimore, actually.

The deal with the moves is, if I can get the teams where I want them it's easier for me to navigate and because I sort of changed my mind about this league entirely a few decades ago I'm still reeling from that in terms of where we have things now.

But I like where it is now.
