Actually I like Tremors. Though it makes me think more of a football team, (and makes me think I guy dressed up like one of those worms from said movie should be the mascot. )

Aftershock, I'd have to think on that. Again sounds good for a football team (hit'em so hard they feel an Aftershock. ) Could sound right (in reference to HRs, though that was why I had named the Tacoma (now Bay Area) team the Bombers. Might keep it in my little database (Aka my brain) for possible future reference if I decide for another CA team.

LOL, I actually ended up creating 9 levels of minors in my primary fictional league--not because I needed them, but to accommodate all the locations and nicknames I wanted to use.

Nine years late...that team was the Mission Reds, based in the Mission district of SF. Also, there are the AA San Antonio Missions.
