I have two favorites on my current roster, they are my #1 and #2 starters. #1 is Timoteo Batalona, and # 2 is Thiongo Akinsaya.

No chance he was going to be a Mendoza-Line dweller!

I created a player with my sons name and of course, he won rookie of the year and has nice power with a great glove. Many Gold Gloves to come. I did make him slow. One stolen base his first year.

If you don't mind me linking to my own thread, here's my "Funny Names" thread from a couple of weeks ago.

May our two threads learn to co-exist peacefully.

Yes, Cornelius Bennett a star OLB that played with the Bills during their Super Bowl runs of the 90's was also named "Biscuit"...
He actually got this name from his mom, because he loved biscuits so much growing up as a kid(no joke), and it stuck throughout his playing career...

I was just doing some Tech Support testing and came up with Xavier Conn...abbreviated, "X. Conn"

Something tells me this guy's off-the-field trouble...

Heh... I thought this one good enough to pull me out of "lurker" mode.

Closer from my fictional league who had a long and succesful career... Eric Clapton.

No word on if he gave free concerts after the games.
