One thing that I've noticed recently is that I get the HUGE logos when the file name doesn't match exactly and/or I manually loaded the logo. Try making sure the file is named great_plains_flycatchers and the logo will pull up when you auto load. That did the trick for me at least.

Cheers for the idea, still getting the same issues though.

You will need to make sure that the logos are 150x150. Sometimes ootp doesn't scale them down automatically

After searching high and low, I finally found the last team I've been looking for. The 1977 New Orleans Pelicans. It took an email to SABR and it's New Orleans chapter, and as usual they came through. I would love a jersey if possible (I saw the cap has already been done). I know the colors may be tough, but I'm assuming they went with the Cardinal red. As always I am very appreciative of all your efforts!

Would you please post the cap that has already been made up, so I can see what it looks like... I can't find a good photo of it anywhere...

Awesome once again TX! That is the cap I had (from No Pepper's uniforms of the American Association). Also I know it's b/w but here's a pic I have from that team! Thanks again, your efforts continue to be top notch!!!

Shasta Limiteds 1919

The Shasta Limiteds, as they were ‘officially’ called, used this personal name, referring to themselves after a ‘express train’ that traveled, daily, between Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. The Southern Pacific line used Pullman Porters, and the Shasta Limited De Luxe, was an “exclusive extra-fare train catering to the most elite of passengers”. It required the best of the best to work the Pullman Sleeping Car that travled the Portland to San Francisco express route on a twenty-seven hour turn around. Most of the West Coast African American baseball players of the early days, were tied intrinsically to the Pullman Porters, the Red Caps, and the Oakland Mole in one way or another. This helped foster the growth of West Oakland, which was also known as the Harlem Of The West, during the 1920’s to 1940’s.

The logo for the team is based off of the stationary that was used on the train itself... Hard to tell what the emblem on the jersey represents... After much consultation with my Rail Road (
Bottom of the Sixth) and Negro League experts (CanofCorn) and no conclusive evidence on exactly what it represents, I decided to go with a smokestack or smoke plume from a steam train...

Dixie League

Chickasaw County Desperados

Based these on a volunteer company of the Confederacy and gave them a 1950's flair more or less... May work on a Dixie League of sorts as time allows and let this set be the first in that league... The artwork within the logo is not my work, just thought it looked really neat...

Would it be possible to get some MLB classic stuff? Like, I would need Philadelphia A's, Brooklyn Dodgers, New York Giants, St. Louis Browns, Boston Braves. All in the like, 50's type style if possible.

I'm already using a lot of your stuff for some of the other teams, awesome work! I love the classic look.

Just click on any of the logos and it'll take you to his photobucket. That's where everything his housed. No way to get them omnibus, but they're all out there for the taking.

Look here in No Pepper's signature line in the first post for links to his fantastic Historical Collection... He has the best in historical... Also looks for Reds1 for the 1970's and beyond, he has great stuff too...
