Holy City Hurricanes - 2026 Roster (Iron .162)

Pulled a couple gold starting pitchers this week, so the rotation has been significantly upgraded.
Small changes on offense to add more left-handed power in lineup.
Will likely start completing missions and making <= silver purchase from the card shop this season.
Chick Hafey was an all-star at LF and Felix Mantilla won a platinum stick at 2B.

I think I have to try running an F2P Packs Only team - but I don't remember how to set up a second team. Can someone remind me?

You're not the first OL'er to do that. I'm jealous but happy for you. I opened 270 packs of mostly trash earlier, but I'm here for a long time, not a good time...

Did you register Grovers Mill from scratch, or did you sign them up with one of your old teams' details? Your 3 old teams would have all been registered with different email addresses. Do you remember those emails/still have access to them?

A hot start in the entry pool at the beginning has really cost the muddled Aceldama Butchers. They got over-promoted to Bronze and have been skirting the edge of relegation since, just managing to hang in Bronze, but not earning enough to progress. Now this week, they only have seven OL games, so I guess it's another lost week. I was hoping they would at least get to play the Mundys. Oh well, hopefully I get a chance to work on my tournaments teams this weekend, so that my one or two entries per day get me a few packs. As has been the case, if either of the leagues I'm in, Bronze or Iron, falls by the wayside, I'll grab the final standings on Saturday night or Sunday mornings. Good luck to all this season.

None of the teams made particularly great starts in PT, but SaukCentre are off to a 3-0 start in OL. Claptown are 1-1 and Doug Outs are 1-4. Auckland play their only 3 games today, and Mount Hawke get their campaign underway.

Slightly different picture in Iron with everyone doing pretty well in PT. Only Brooklyn (5) and Holy City (2) have got going in OL yet.

The Coney Island Warriors will be set to make their return to OL this coming Monday. The Warriors are looking to break free from Rookie League this week and are currently 18-8. About four moves away from being compliant which I could easily accomplish but I am being budget conscious given I am not going to do missions/tournaments.

I get the anti-tanking message when trying to submit my Eden Prairie Landsharks team. I have inactivated all live cards and tried some lineup changes but keep getting the message. Any thoughts on what else I should try? Thanks.

I believe the game also does consider those inactive cards when judging whether you are "tanking" or not.

(I am not saying whether that's a good thing, just my understanding of what they do. All cards you have Active/Reserve/Inactive are considered.)

Looks like you were right. I sold a couple live cards that got bumped to perfect and now I don't get the anti-tanking message. And now I've got a few extra PP to paly with. Thanks again.

If you have a high-value live card you don't want to sell yet, you can put it on the Card Shop for a ridiculously high price that no one in their right mind would pay, and it will remove them from the anti-tank calculation. Later, you can remove it from the shop if you like.

I guess I should count my lucky stars that the game doesn't consider having a deactivated Emmanuel Clase while I have Gold reliever(s) tanking.
