Our League - Season 5

For anyone sitting on some PP looking to bolster their squads, I didn't see an announcement but noticed today that Historic Packs are back.

Looks like we could have enough OL teams for six crowns next week, provided the game cooperates. I don't have the Nowhere Men listed, since I'm not sure if they're in yet. Please check that there are no mistakes.



Here's what it looks like:


Diamond: Waxhaw, Greenland, Waffletown, New York
Gold: Los Angeles, Baltimore, Aomori, North Bay
Silver: Mount Hawke, Claptown, Doug, SaukCentre, Auckland
Bronze: Colorado Springs, Shinbone, Pprt Ruppert, Bushwood, Savannah, Daytona Beach, Aceldama, Fort Davis, Austin, Detroit
Iron: Matter Do Ees, Bruno, Holy City, Brooklyn, Terra Incognita, Bordeaux, Eden Prairie
Stone: Grovers Mill, Columbia, Long Beach, Card Era, Belo Horizonte

Terra Incognita made it to the Finals, but lost in 5 games. (Designation as St122 was an error. Need to have my glasses on when I do this St132 is correct league.)

heh.... yeah, I think next week is gonna be ugly, but it's all in good fun



double check those friends lists/settings as usual.... and another reminder to all you tourney players.... tomorrow is live update day, so if you play iron/bronze/silver/etc tourneys and use any live cards in your rosters, double check those tomorrow in case any of your cards have moved up a tier and are no longer available for that level.... and if you are still working on the live missions, here's hoping more lower level cards are introduced to help fill out some of those, so you can avoid spending ridiculous amounts on silver cards

2026 tier breakdown:

Missed Eden Prairie at Iron (new entry so possibly just overlooked in the friends list updates); and missed Detroit at Bronze (second miss in a row for Detroit. If 2-Seamer is around, check your settings/friends list). Otherwise, another solid dispersal:

Rookie - 1 (Coney Island, not tagged OL yet but soon enough)
Stone - 5 teams
Iron - 7 teams (6 one league, 1 in another)
Bronze - 10 teams (9 one league, 1 in another)
Silver - 5 teams
Gold - 3 teams
Diamond - 5 teams

Diamond league:

Good chance for OL to appear in the post season with three teams in one division, so we can beat up on each other (or get pounded by the other two ). As long as the AC East plays the NC East in interleague, New York should get enough OL games in I would hope.

Looks like in Gold .318, Baltimore ends up alone in the AC, while North Bay and Los Angeles are in different divisions in the NC.

Ugh. Only 3 teams; Baltimore, Los Angeles, and North Bay.

With 10 teams being promoted from last week, one-too-many teams went up to Diamond and left our Gold group short of being OL-qualified.

That said, it should be still be an interesting week and a chance to build our teams up for whatever comes next.

Good luck to all (but I'm hoping for a bit more than you other two guys lol).

PS: A side-note on my other two "packs only" teams; Both Rochester and Cleveland are still toiling in Stone and are likely doomed to a slow, struggling climb this year. I do wonder if one or the other will break free as a result of a few lucky pulls - remains to be seen.

We had a 3-team rule in Diamond last year, as long as each had 10 games. Don't think it was ever an issue in Gold, but I don't see why it shouldn't be the same if there are only 3 teams. IMO it's better to give out a crown whenever possible.

However, that would definitely need confirmation from others!

Alas, I think it still likely won't work. We're all in different divisions and I think I only have a single 3-game series against both of them.

Baltimore only has 3 OL games scheduled, North Bay 9 games, and Los Angeles 6 games, so it's a Spring Training week
