Iron Regular Season Finals
Despite a great effort by Kansas who went 10-1 in OL play in September, Hidden Valley was not to be denied the OL Crown. Weston Pointe who at one point sat atop the standings finished a strong third.
In Iron league play six teams, three per conference will represent OL in the playoffs. In the American Conference: Annadale will host Setauket in the wild card game. Setauket went 17-9 in September and beat out Bluffton by two games for the wildcard spot. Annadale and Setauket met seven times during the season with Setauket winning four. The winner of that game faces St Paul who owns the best record in the league. The other division series features Weston Pointe and Hidden Valley. Hidden Valley took four of seven of their head to head regular season games. In the National Conference: Coney Island and Minnesota went into their head to head final 3 game series of the year in a dead heat for the final wildcard spot. The teams split the first two games making game 162 a play in game. Coney Island won the game 7-5 and the right to face Vegas in the wildcard game. On the season the Warriors only managed to beat Vegas 5 times in 19 tries. Kansas will be awaiting the winner of that game and has identical 12-7 records against each. Cary the AC west winner will take on the central division winning Hinckley Fire. Cary held a 5-2 advantage in their regular season matchups. Good luck to all in the playoffs. |

It would be my pleasure. If it's a game generated one, I can try to grab it. Or you could try to e-mail it to me to kidheckett@gmail.com. I'll give each method a shot in a little while, because I really did promise my fellow lockdowners I'd make donuts this morning. |

Sidewinders in and an aside to jeff1787
Your Stars won the season series in 2022 12-7 over the Keepers, right? I forgot to post it in the Friends List at the time, but that was what I recalled when I was posting adion's new team, the Cochise County Sidewinders for next week. By the way, Chad, there is a box that is checked which indicates a team is active in the current year, so that should clue people in that Sidewinders are new. I don't know what to do to highlight as you ask. I only type in names and numbers, leaving the hard stuff to Jason.

What a nice morning surprise!!! My team seems to start slow and come on towards the end. And, I love the robot!! I searched and searched for an image couldn't really find anything. Thanks for coming up with that! Edit... Ok, just checked, and my feeling was right. We started off 26-29 (0.473) thru May and went 69-38 (0.645) the rest of the way! Rookie league final standings:
Terra Incognita holds on to claim the OL Rookie league crown. Playoff picture: 5 OL teams made it into the post season with Asheboro sitting alone in the AC conference. In the NC, Waffletown will travel to Daytona Beach for the wild card match; while Hartford will face off against Terra Incognita. (all 5 teams will move up to Stone league next season). |

Sorry for the delay, but I really did make the donuts. I sent you three to choose from. They should all be sized correct for the game, but they're png so easy enough to re-size. They can be tweaked for color, make this bigger, this smaller if you like. Hope one fits the bill. If so, ledt me know which one to use for future crowns. |

Annandale had a. Terrible month in August/Sept. I will not be surprised to see them lose the wildcard game hard. I actually started yesterday cross training a couple of players since I figured I wasn’t going to win the division anyway, and I thought I had the wildcard pretty clear with sewn up. But when you win two of your first 12 or some games it does make a person worry! Maybe I was looking forward to next year and a bit too much.

That's awesome. The Kansas Bombers were the Missouri Legends last year so they were rebranded away from the Missouri Theme team to the HR/Eye team this year. Then, they had to slightly relocate to the Hidden Valley because I thought it would be confusing with two "Kansas" teams in the OL, so sorry if I missed it. This one looks great. Yes, the one I'm using is game generated but this one looks significantly better!

See...
I made the donuts. I can't get this image to attach correctly. No matter how I turn it, it posts here like this. I don't know why. Sorry, but if you stand on your head to look at it, they look normal.

yeah, gonna take a small miracle to pull this one out..... Syrups comeback with 5 late runs against Daytona Beach to take the wild card match and move on to face Hamilton..... only positive note, Waffletown managed to beat them 7 times during the regular season (with 12 losses), so anything is possible in a short series. |

Thank you.I actually clipped the Legends guy for the new Port Ruppert Mundys logo. I'll go ahead with this one, but it can still be tweaked if you like, I don't know, perhaps turn the bomb into a ball and bat or something. Any ideas, post them. I guess you can tell I enjoy doing them. |
