Looks like I am going to have to sneak in the Durham Bulls in, for sure!

Thanks

Right now, I'm just matching the New York Giants cap or the one you made for the Titans with an Orioles uniform because it basically works.

Was wondering if I could get a NY style cap like that which only has the Y on it for Yonkers. Or Y O cap for Yonkers Orioles even though they go by New York.
Let me know if this cap works for you.

Tx, thanks for sharing! Everything you've done for this league is awesome. I'm wondering though, how did you do the ballparks? Is there a ballpark creator now? Have I missed something?

Thanks...

Those were from MLB The Show 13... I edited them to give a more of a retro look as best I could...

knuckler,

Concord has the Merrimack River running through it... John Adams' birthplace... known for granite quarries, furniture and railroad hub in early days... currently centers on health care, insurance and commercial printing... not much material for a sports team... no pro sports in the area.

The best I can do is give you a list of good-sounding nicknames:

CONCORD COLONIALS
CONCORD CRACKERJACKS
... my favorite one... a crackerjack ballplayer is a good one... and of course, the association with "peanuts, crackerjacks, etc."
CONCORD CAPITALS
CONCORD CLASSICS
CONCORD COBRAS
CONCORD COMETS
CONCORD COUGARS

Well they look really nice. I imagine if I want to use the ballparks I can just save the .png files and then place them in the appropriate folder, yeah?

Ballpark files are in jpeg... Yes, you can use them in other games if you wish...
Link to my Photobucket where there are more parks...

Sorry, knuckler... this is a weak batch of nicknames.

Not much happening in Augusta, Maine... no pro teams... state capital... little else.

I just pick something that might sound good... or be a little used nickname... or might make a good logo and jersey.

AUGUSTA ACES
AUGUSTA APOLLOS
AUGUSTA GAZELLES
AUGUSTA GOLD STARS
... remember when they used to give gold stars in school... might make a unique nickname and pretty good logo.
AUGUSTA TERRORS
AUGUSTA TITANS
AUGUSTA TOMCATS

Danbury Derbies

I really liked the idea of the Danbury Hatters, so I stuck to the hat theme for the Hat City and went with an alliterative name. If anyone sees a way to edit these to make them better or to work with another city, please let me know. Thanks again to everyone for all of the nickname suggestions.

knuckler, not much help with Essex Junction... IBM is the biggest employer... little else besides them.

ESSEX JUNCTION BIG BLUES... IBM was known as Big Blue... their IBM logo was colored blue... salesmen even began to wear blue suits.
ESSEX JUNCTION NANOS... IBM is high tech and uses nanotechnology.
ESSEX JUNCTION JACKS... just sounds good... as in "he jacked it out of the park".
ESSEX JUNCTION STYX... as in "Sticks"... meaning a baseball bat... there is a very good logo in cephas james for "STYX" with the "X" formed by two baseball bats.

knuckler, I have seen logos with a hat on top of a nickname or letter. that might be a good revision, if you can do it.

Put a derby on the "D".

Sorry, knuckler... didn't do very well for Brattleboro... fine arts, yuppy and baby boomer community... tourist town... home of British/Indian author/poet Rudy Kipling for awhile... married a native of the town... early trade center... home of Ida Mae Fuller, who received the first Social Security check on January 31, 1940... Brattleboro Retreat, one of the first mental health facility in the US... still operated... established in 1834.

BRATTLEBORO BOOMERS... yuppy/baby boomers... boomers as in "longball hitters".
BRATTLEBORO BARDS... author/poet Kipling... art-centered community.
BRATTLEBORO BIG SHOTS... as in hitting home runs.
BRATTLEBORO BASHERS... as in hitting home runs.
BRATTLEBORO BUCKS... the alliteration and good logo image or mascot.
BRATTLEBORO RATTLERS... secondary alliteration... "rattle" in town name... good logo and mascot.

Brattleboro is a tourist town. It's also a mountain town and the Connecticut River runs through the city. It's attracts lots of New Yorkers and Massachusetts folks.

It's also home to a really nice co-op that's surely the best in the state outside of Burlington. The downtown is nice too and packed in the summer.

I think a river-themed name would be great. Or you can borrow a name I used for Ft. Collins in one of my dynasties and name them the Brattleboro Profs. Or Middlebury. Anyplace with a college and university.

Outstanding work! Thank you. I hope we get the ability to create and add international tournaments to OOTP one of these years. This is definitely the uniform I'll be having team USA wearing in the 1950's/60's if and when we do.
