I'm pretty sure their original logo can be found online somewhere.

That logo looks pretty cool, (and thanks to JoJo7 for the spelling!). I had thought about posting a little something about this team way back when I posted about the Orlando Wizards, but I figured I'd give them a post of their own later on, when I had their whole backstory worked out a little better. Sadly, I still haven't as far into that as I would've liked - all sorts of things seem to be getting in the way, life being what it is. I had considered a light blue color for them, but I haven't really locked in on anything yet - the only thing specific is that they need to be in contrast to the Lexington Pioneers, who they have a rivalry, (the Pioneers being the National Conference club, and the Smokies residing on the American Conference side. I'm sure it'll turn out great, whichever way you decide to go.

No problem! The actual Smokies team will have a new logo this year and it features two lighter shades of blue if you want to check it out. I only mention it because you said you may want a lighter blue - it may give you some ideas!

where do you find these amazing logos? ive tried google searching and only get logo vectors with watermarks, sure sportslogos.net works fine but some of the art you use is very clean and sharp any tips on how to find such good art for logos?

I will probably re-work the original logo over the next day or two, but it will probably be a little different. I will try to work in light blue.

We need to do Stanford as well - I think I will do both an Indians and a Cardinal version. There is an Oregon logo and uniform set earlier in this thread, but I am happy to re-work it if you want to see something different.
