I loved Cato's output, but I just didn't have the patience for it. Having something like that inbuilt into OOTP, I'd pre-order in a heartbeat. |

By Cato 5.3.0, the process was pretty streamlined and required much less user action than previous versions.

I WAS going to update it for OOTP5, but then I started using Cato's utility and it blew mine out of the water. So, I decided my time was best spent on other things. Knowing Markus, I am willing to bet that he and Cato can work sometime out, if not for release then a patch. |

Thanks to Killebrew's help, the Cato History program has single-handedly revitalised my interest in solo gaming! To put it in so it came as standard for every league would pretty much be the greatest thing of all time.

I love Cato's utility, but would love to have it built in. So i wouldnt have to do all the exporting. I still get a lot of errors in Cato in historical leagues cause of the changing names and abbreviations.

Now I mean, seriously. I don't like to be overly enthusiastic about anything, but adding Cato functionality to the standard OOTP package would be a dream come true.

It would sure help all of us who are too lazy to get Cato's utility up and running by ourselves. I've always wanted to try it out, but I've never gotten past procrastinating about getting it set up.

Start clicking on some of the links and see how much more it gives you than a career leaderboard. This is a fantastic utility and would be an awesome addition as part of the game itself. |

Everyone would win if Markus and Jeff could work on something together for OOTP6. As anyone who has used it knows, OOTP History is a tremendous add-on for online players and solo players alike.

With the schedule generator scoring a close second.

with appologies to BruceM, here's a link to my favourite sections of Cato from his example...
team position history: http://www.elbb.com/ath/history/teams/ari/pos.html team pitcher history: http://www.elbb.com/ath/history/teams/ari/starters.html team leaders: http://www.elbb.com/ath/history/team...atleaders.html all you doubters, check out at least that first link...you can't find that anywhere in the standard reports...awesome!

I thought you could get to these stats anyway. I guess Cato makes it alot easier? I'll take your words on it since everyone seems to be excited.

Hey, this is a stupid question, but how do I use Cato for solo leagues? I don't have to upload to the web, correct?
