All we can say is that anyone who feels they want to be in a great league then sign up, take a chance, it will be worth it, nobody seems to remember how well the league went along before all the accusations.

Fitterer having any type of authority in a league is bad publicity. This league will have a hard time finding good owners with Fitterer's reputation.

Anybody else notice that Mfitterer1 and BigWillis are both from Beaverton OR...and they seem to post within minutes of themselves?

Just an observation.

Sorry, but if BigWillis and Mfitterer were the same person, I doubt Willis would have gone through the trouble of "starting" the league with Fitterer .. especially with his reputation.

With all the scrutiny being placed on Fitterer, it will be interesting to see if this league can succeed. There is no "fool proof" way to know that the commish is cheating, and maybe Willis starting off doing the sims is the right way to go. Nothing against Fitterer, but with his reputation, and with the posts he's put in this forum, a slowly but surely approach back to respectability might be the way to go.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck with the league!

It is statements like this that turn people off from wanting to believe you and support your new endeavor. I know things can be frustrating, but you are better off with a "turn the other cheek" approach until you have reestablished your reputation within the community.

I do hope that all goes well with your new league.

lol, hahahaha me and big willis are not the same person at all. We are friends that go to school together, thats how we know each other, pretty funny people trying to make us out to be the same person.

Is it just me, or would it be in mfitter's best intrest to create a new name, and act liek he is new to the boards, and OOTP, and JOIN (not create) a league that way. It would remove the constant scrutiny he is under, and allow him a chance to prove that he is legit...

After his "new name" has established itself, he could then create a league with Big Willis, and get the Commish aspect of the game as well....

mfitterer is best deserving of the kind of banning that Pete Rose got. He probably shouldn't be anywhere NEAR being commissioner of a league until he has established himself as an owner.

I care about the cheating but there is a bigger issue here.

Really? I was getting rather bored with it.

If people read this and choose to join they will at least be making an informed decision. I'm sure we would find out soon enough if any shady dealings were happening.

The thing is... Fitterer is NOT simming any games, hes helping with the website and gm's.

I will sim games. So if anything comes up, it will be on me. Not him.
