Has anyone seen or heard of how brutal South American police are? I often see and hear things that absolutely shock me. The last thing I saw was the execution in the street of this skinny homeless looking pickpocket I think he was that they caught. Anyways, they had him on the ground, beat the living crap out of him and then the top guy came over, cocked his gun and shot the guy in the back of the head. All while some media's camera was rolling. I forget which country this occurred in, but from what I hear a lot of SA countries' police are like this. I wouldn't be all that surprised if at least part of this was made up by the police.
