Fictionalized Korean Teams

Really wasn't sure what to do with the Heroes. Ended up using one of Seoul's eight landmark gates, which appears on stamps and all over wikipedia. I wanted to do something dignified because I find the real team logo and name pretty goofy.

This second version is recolored, the colors are from the gate's name plaque. The Korean text is from google translate, but it also matches the Korean wikipedia page for the real team's name, minus the sponsor name. So it should say "Heroes" unless I am a complete, uninformed idiot. (Yes.)

The second logo is a scan of the outline of that plaque (I couldn't recreate the pattern inside, and it would be too small)


Now that I think about it, I went to all this trouble trying to find an image I liked to fit with the name Heroes, which I don't like. I should just have the team be the Seoul Gates.

My motivation for doing a whole Korean League is to find a couple for me to use in a large international league, for my next save, and I think I will use this one

It took me a lot of time to come up with the right image for this one, because if you have seen any of my logos on this board, I really don't like angry logos. Most images of lions stress their aggressiveness, snarlyiness, or regalness (I saw a lot of British war recruitment posters) none of which are my thing.



But I had to put something through an Old English D Here's a resting lion from 1729.



The real life team is blue and silver (I darkened the blue), but there is probably a better color scheme for this. Not sure if it is better with the block color or with the little gradient on the lion, or with the "window" left open or closed.

any particular colors that you want? The Reading Phillies have a pagoda logo that I could fit into a baseball probably.


I actually made this for myself a while ago, but never posted it, because all I did was add text to that logo. I would think I could make a better one now

I'll be doing fictionalized Japanese concept teams next. Hoping to add to people's options to replace the removed league alongside tehsugi and Brendan. I have three so far, but with my kid's sleep schedule, it might take a while to get to twelve. If anyone's interested in making uniforms for them, let me know and I'll send you the drafts

Thank you! Haent made jerseys or wordmarks before. I would be glad to try to make wordmarks, although looking through the thread I think I'll have to use some different fonts. Some angled scripts, some Arched City names, maybe even some Hangul (copy paste )

Where should I start? What should be the file size?

I wasn't happy with Incheon (I only covered up the sponsor logo for that one), so here are the Incheon Saucers If there's a better name than Landers or Saucers, or if somebody wants a version of this in New Mexico or Arizona or somewhere, let me know
