I've noticed several instances like below where there are runners on 1st and 3rd and less than two outs with the infield at double play depth. A routine double play ground ball is hit, but the runner retreats to 3rd rather than sprinting on home. If the infield is in, that makes sense, but when the infield is obviously looking to turn the double play, I believe the runner would be sent automatically.

When a fly ball is hit and a play at the plate as result of a sac fly happens, the camera angle seldom if ever includes the play at the plate, thus relying on the Pbp text to tell whether out or safe. The angle tries to get there but never quite shows the action at the plate. I have also had an issue with players running through the RF wall for home runs but this may be result of OOTP 23 custom ballparks being loaded into '24. The paste below is an instance of the Sac Fly problem.

I've had a weird bug now on several occasions. An infielder will go way into foul ground to field a ground ball and throw the runner out, or in the instance below, the 2b went almost to 3b to field the ball. But when you replay the event, the ball instead goes straight to the fielder where you would expect him to field it. So the play linked below likely will not help. But maybe if you play out enough games you will encounter this somewhat rare bug (had it happen 3 or 4 times over maybe 30ish games played out)

This has long been a problem in OOTP, but it needs to be corrected. On certain hit-and-run plays, the runner at first will often hesitate until the batted ball falls into play and then will advance two bases way too late. Based on the animation, the runner would easily be thrown out on a relay throw because the fielder fields the ball before the runner reaches second. But OOTP just has the runner keep going on the delayed action and reach third base with no relay throw attempt to that base. The animation should be updated for hit-and-run plays so they look more realistic and natural, without taking away these successes. There are already plays where a hit-and-run can fail and result in a double-play or even a triple-play. We just need these hesitation instances fixed. Two examples are included below.

Hit F10 to replay the last play. That will copy a bunch of crap into your clipboard which you can then paste directly into a post in the appropriate thread in the Bug Reports forum.

Can we fix the runner trying to steal a base being thrown out when he's only half way to the bag he's trying to steal. Looks pretty ridiculous. Surely it can be made to be a much closer play. I see this all the time.
