Is it possible that the "reload names and ethnicities database" database function is only reloading the names from names.xml and is not loading the ethnicities at the same time? That would be an easy mistake to make and hard to notice unless you were testing with modded files.

Awesome!

In a new standard game, you can set the draft anytime, and on the draft page on draft day, you can press a button to import the results.

I'm very disappointed here, I had been eagerly waiting for this patch which it had been claimed would finally solve the names database issue. Hopefully it's just some minor oversight that can be easily corrected.

It's likely just a bug with the fix. We're taking a look at it and should be able to fix it up.

The "Innings Played" number is different by an order of magnitude, so that could have something to do with it.

No, it looks like in player lists we were recalculation the zone rating but not matching positions right. It should be corrected for the next update.

I think the column just isn't wide enough to display all the entire number so the first digit is cut off.

Working with the beta patch names database function it seems like clearing the names database is also clearing the names of all players and managers. The CTD is occurring because it's trying to display names such as your manager name which have been cleared in the process of clearing the names database.

So it seems like the fix involves only clearing the names generation database and not touching the names of already existing players and coaches. Apart from the CTD issue, you don't want to reset all the player names just because you install a names mod.

I believe the box on the left is for where you stand in the entire league and the Team stats section is where you stand in your conference.

please look into stealing when playing games out. it went from it was too easy to steal to its now impossible even with the absolute best base stealers against righties and average arm catchers. combined with the computer in my last 46 games we are 27/70 stealing with 1995 league total mods.

I pointed Alex, who is the one who designed the feature and created the explanation doc as well, to the thread you'd posted on it and asked him to explain a little more there and also just verify everything regarding the file is indeed working as he intended.

Something I would always hoped would be changed:

In pitch-by-pitch mode, the scoreboard changes to the new count as the pitch is being throw, not after the umpire call/foul ball, so -- if one cares about such things -- one must avoid the top of the screen so as to not know what the pitch result may be.

From the view menu, top right, select "Hide top area during game action"
