They'd be in Extended Spring Training in Florida or Arizona.

To that end, I'd like an explicit in-season EST option to stash players in that aren't on a team playing games. Just a thought...

Are we 100% sure on this? I always thought there was a hidden "rust" factor in the game, which is ultimately why spring training is necessary.

Also, this messes up rehab assignments. Had a pitcher coming off an arm injury in April but there wasn't anywhere to send him to to start rehabbing before throwing him back in the Majors. I wouldn't want to just throw him in there coming off a significant injury without some sort of ramp-up period (as teams do IRL).

As I stated above, the players would be in Extended Spring Training so there would not be a "rust" factor. This is also true if you have SSA leagues that don't start until June. Players stay at EST until their season starts.

As for rehab assignments, that's not something I can address.

The start date for the AAA leagues is a very easy problem to fix if you remember to do it.

If you simply change the start date for each league, that will only change the start date.

You will notice that every series is six game with every team having the same off day..

For 2022 I changed the start date, chose to use a balanced schedule, and then had to manually go to Edit League Schedule and generate a new random schedule. Otherwise I was stuck with all 6 game series.

If there is an easier way to fix this I would love to know.

I had to do this as well my first time. Wish the devs would just set the minor leagues to start as they would have normally pre-covid, just so I don't have to do all of this manually for each league whenever I start a new game.
