PT really should have a run rule, so this sort of ridiculous situation doesn't happen. Even ending the game after a 30-run lead would help.

Or have a default ghost that pitches when no one else is available to pitch (including all bench players) who is more than 0 percent rested. A ghost with a WHIP of, say, 2.
