Ditto here. I first started having issues Friday night.


I just overhauled the PC with new motherboard + processor so I wondered if they might be related, since there wasn't a whole lot of noise on the boards.

I'm on Steam, I can access my other games, just not OOTP 20 or 21. My internet connection is good, my PC is about 6 months old and more than powerful enough to handle OOTP.

No, different parts of the country, different providers. In my case, I'm still able to log on using my second license, on an older build, from my laptop. No, the issue is definitely on OOTP's end.

After talking with our backend service provider we found a potential reason.

It seems a root certificate expired on May 30th, which can result in connections to our backend service being blocked by your computer.

We are investigating further to see if that's the case and how to fix this issue.

Update: Our backend service provider will implement an update on their severs tomorrow hopefully fixing the connection issues.

Was having sign-in issues earlier. Those seem to have abated. Now I'm unable to retrieve missions from the server.

Still having issues with PT20. Nothing like missing an auction's expiration on a card that's hard to find because the stupid sever won't sync your cards. At least I can tell from the outside that I lost because my PP went up. Sure wish it would actually let me in.

Is there no support for this game? Do we just post in forums and hope someone replies and fixes our problem? I stopped playing Madden Mobile because of problems like this. I thought OOTP had a better reputation.

Dude, you're the one giving off the 'e-tough kid' persona here.

Was it a cert on their end? They should have taken care of that if so. Something to discuss if they have an uptime guarantee.

Same problem here

On both OOTP 20 and 21 - when I try to access Perfect Team mode, I get an error message that the game "could not sync cards" and suggests to retry. Hopefully they will get it fixed shortly.

Hmmmm. I have 3 accounts and the main account is the only one having the issues logging in. Accounts 2 and 3 are fine. I tried OOTP20 and just the main account is having issues. Not sure why one account goes through a different cert on their end. Just my observation.

I did not have any problems yesterday, but I have since about 8:00 CDT today (Sunday, 31 May). Cards won't sync.

This should be a priority If we can't login, who is going to buy the overpriced auction house cards in between the seasons

Seriously, I've tried to delete the old pt files out of the save folder...nothing.

Tried logging into the second account and doing the PT settings and deleted the old files. Still nothing.

Since my main account is hung up on showing that I'm running 3 tourneys, I thought I would go into the send account a do a tourney over there but nope main account still shows 3 false tourneys being simulated.

Tried cmd in windows, ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew as a monnshot, but failed. If I find an solution I will post. Then someone needs to buy my overpriced Babe Ruth card
