When do you make lineup changes?

I tweak the lineup and fiddle with my rotation to some extent all week long, and particularly in playoffs. But really depends on my work schedule whether I check in every day or not. I won't bench a player for a weaker one necessarily, but I will move certain hitters up and down the lineup a little. Also of course if I get a new player. Sometimes I'll experiment with a new card to see if it can outperform an exisiting one, but if it's clearly an improvement I'll sell off the old one instead of having a huge reserve roster.

I also forgot to mention that if there's an off day in the schedule, I really like to bump my best starter up a day so he gets an extra start.
