Okay, I finished all 30 current Major League parks. I included some older stadiums (Astrodome, Tiger Stadium, Milwaukee County Stadium, and others). The new Phillies park (to open in 2004) is also included.

I have included both Cinergy and Great American for the Reds, but could really use a better pic for Great American Ballpark.

You can grab them from my site.

Special thanks to Henry for the logos used and some (if not all) of the ballpark images.

The zip file is pretty hefty, weighing in at about 14MB.

If anyone would be willing to host these, please let me know.

If you notice any problems, please post here.

Fantastic job! I am setting up a special site just to host these kinds of "mods" for OOTP. I'd be happy to host it for you as well.

I'd really like to update the set with new screen shots, so if anyone has HighHeat 2004 and can get screenshots of all the stadiums (preferably, the entire field, from behind home plate, with or without players) and be able to post them or e-mail them to me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

sttfrk.

That's a neat new look for the in-game pic ... I think you've got something great there! Definitely "thinking outside the box" ... nice creativity (which is something this game encourages and makes it so dynamic!).

Thanks!

The play by play remains in the same spot. This set only replaces the field view and does not change any other information displayed . See page 1 for an in-game screen. The play by play is displayed in the same area occupied by the Pitcher and Batter's ratings.

Very nice work!

Where did you get the screenshots? From HH, I understand, but did you find them posted on the net somewhere?

I used a couple of different sets, some were from Henry and some from frohike ( http://www.sportplanet.com/sbb/frosbullpen/frames.html ).

There was another set (from High Heat 2002), but I'm not sure who pulled the images, or where to download them from.

They look great in the game. Only thing, when naming the stadiums in the stadium editor, EdisonField.bmp should be EdisonInternational.bmp or else it will say, "File not found!".

I thought I had fixed that. Oh well, I'll update the ReadMe later tonight.

Thanks for the heads up!!

Edit: I corrected the .bmp file name to EdisonField.bmp (as it appears in the ReadMe).

Just a quick bump for any newbies looking to spice up their game.

Also, anyone having any trouble with this set?

Thanks to everyone who has downloaded so far.

Talking A little something extra

Hi, I hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of creating the necessary park.dat and parkconfig.bat to go with your great graphics set and I'm uploading it here. Feel free to take it and include it in your package if you'd like.

I updated Comisky's name, entered in the coordinates, assigned the parks the correct .bmp for all 30 fields. Also, there were a few changes made to what I've seen floating around making the wall the right height in left field for Great American, and changing the wind direction for Comerica Park. Most of which is cosmetic I know...I'm anal

Hope you don't mind...I'm not trying to hone in on your awesome work..obviously my efforts pale in comparison.

Enjoy all!

-Nick
