Actually, there is an in-game editor now that will allow you to create a nation, and cities and states and everything. It should be much easier... the hardest part would be creating longitude, latitude for each city.
Just go to Game > Explore World and click on a nation. When you do that you'll see where you can click on Nation Editor. That will allow you to create a new nation. Once you create the nation, you can click on Nation Profile and start adding states and then cities. i haven't tried this yet. But i do have another map i had been tinkering with. Once i finish with classes this quarter, i'll have to try it out. Anyway, it is another option. Last edited by Dark Horse; 05-23-2016 at 01:35 PM. |

I found that Wikipedia is great for getting longitude and latitude. Most of the time it's right on the top of the page.
