X-axis is time through the game (often presented in innings). Each play is another dot on the graph that calculates a new % chance of winning. All the way to the right is the end of the game.

Another way to look at it is the largest movements on the graphs are the most important plays of the game.
Thank you!

It's probably better described as a "win expectancy graph," but as soon as I started playing around with the recaps, I thought it would be a very cool thing to add in to the game. Turned out pretty decently too, I think.

I did notice that the recap had Springer at 3B but he's listed as RF in the lineup though.
This is already fixed in the latest version of the database.

I guess the only thing missing is a label of which team is top half and bottom half of the graph. Yes, I can figure it out from looking at the score, but that's how I've seen it done before.

Yeah, I guess you are right. That's what fangraphs calls it.

Agree with the point about adding some notation of which team is top and which team is bottom. Maybe a subtle team color shading also?

TribeFanInNC did an awesome job. I'll just add that if you look at individual players' stats, the higher the WPA, the more a player has contributed to his team's wins relatively speaking. A player's WPA looks at how many times he's pushed his team towards a victory (+WPA), and how many times he's pushed his team towards a defeat (-WPA). Add the two together, and you get each player's individual WPA.

Looking forward to OOTP17!
Yes you can

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

I would also like to request clear team labels or colors.
