How to force White 'only' Player/Names into the game?

In OP's defense (but not very much, mind you) I think he probably meant English names or as some people say "anglo-saxon names" (as if) and not "white" names. He would probably be amazed to discover that in many places in England names like "Kelly", "Murphy", and "O'Riley" are not considered by certain people to be "white" names.

Man, some of you guys are harsh. Dude just wants to create a fictional league in the 19th century. Of course "white names" probably wasn't the best choice of words.

I've been wanting to do something similar, but I want to include a fictional negro league that starts later on. My plan was for both leagues to eventually form one league, and as the league evolved, more leagues would pop up in other countries, and join that league also.

I also want to use names that were popular at the time. I figure it would be time consuming to put together, so I haven't done it yet. Such is the case with many league ideas i have.

My Hunger Games League might be the next thing I do. Basically, the crapiest teams at the end of season would play a tournament, and only the winning team survives. The losing teams would be disbanded, and players executed.

I'd like to thank most everyone for reacting maturely to the opening post. Wanting to play with only "white" names might not be what most of us would like to play with, but it doesn't make someone a racist.

Now would probably be a good time for some to review from the rules page, particularly the "warnable offenses" section.
