Will this guy ever amount to anything?

Just an observation: There must be a lot of HRs hit your league if this guy regularly gives up so many. 67 Movement would be pretty good for my league, and I think a pitcher with his ratings would survive as around a middle-of-the-rotation starter in my league as well.

HR's numbers aren't very high in my league. The average HR's per team in my past season was 124 and my team only gave up 117, good for 4th least in the league. In MLB in 2011 the average was 152 HR's per team. Only 5 players in my league hit 30 or more Home Runs and only 1 of those hit 40. Only 17 more players hit 20 or more. On average, there were 0.97 total HR's per game.
