Does it sim/load/save/etc faster than OOTP 10?

I run Vista on my laptop, haven't defragged in forever, and it takes... 30 to 60 seconds to load. It's usually a conflagration of things, like you're running an anti-virus software and your computer's disk space is sort of low, meaning your virtual memory has to be stored in several places, and you haven't defragged in a while, making the issue worse.

Really, one big issue with PCs is that each and every one of them is different from another. That's why consoles have come to dominate the gaming market.

Is there a difference using mydefrag or just using your computer's built in defrag?
