I know you can do ratings. I want actual talent/potential. You can sort a roster by bating ratings and also by bating talent. The search only covers the actual values. If I'm looking to the future for a 3rd baseman that will replace my aging one, I need a young player with potential...the ratings would never pick up a good hitter with brilliant homeruns if all his rating are still at 0 at age 19.

Another question for Markus / one of the testers.. is the problem in the Tech Support forum where WinXP users have multiple profiles on the computer an OOTP or Elicense problem? If the former, is it possible to fix?
Thanks, Darryl |

Great News Markus! One question regarding the pitchers pitches. Will they just be used for play by play (to make it more descriptive) or will you select the pitch ala MicroLeague Baseball (don't know if you remember that one), where you would pick the type of pitch and it would have some sort outcome on the the play.

I believe that it has something to do with Elicense not wanting you to use one license on two different sessions at once. Maybe it thinks you have two computers networked or something, not sure. |

Knuckleballer waiting longer to retire
I think maybe a pitcher who relies heavily on the curve ball or screwball might be more apt to retire EARLY. Also, with the wear and tear on their bodies, I think catchers should also "age" quicker than other position players. This is something I have done manually with my UBA for years.
