Thanks for the reply's everyone. Just to be clear, Markus has confirmed that there is no current way to take the parks.dat mod I created for OOTP9 and import it into OOTP10. So for the time being, if you want custom animation for different ballpark photos, you will have to do the work yourself. (And if you do and you want to share, I'll host the mod for you!!)

However, Markus has also sent me an e-mail proposing a possible import ballpark function for an upcoming OOTP 10 patch. If he is able to pull this off, it should be easy for me to recreate the Ballparks Mod for OOTP 10 without having to manually adjust each ballpark again.
