Great idea. Probably more in line with the role playing game, but I would also like to see a Fighter that comes in out of shape occassionaly not make weight, which if a Title was on the line, make it a non Title fight.

Yes, 8/8/08 was already discussed as being big next year & I'll go out on a limb here & guess that 9/9/09 might be big in 2009.

And you're right, the news story I saw said the date might help men recall the anniversary.

Thank you to everyone who has submitted an application to be part of the beta testing team.

Beta testing has now begun and all approved applicants have already received a notice from Andreas. If you received a non disclosure agreement from Andreas but have not yet returned it to him please do so immediately. At some point in the near future they will no longer be accepted.

Again, we are truly thankful to all who have expressed interest and think that we have a great testing team in place. Please continue to add to the wish list in that forum as ideas occur to you.

Let the fun begin!

Those of you who got an invitation from us to join the beta team and who sent me the NDA, but are not in the team yet, please send me a PM. Their NDAs might be lost or something like that. Email is a pretty unsave communication method these days due to SPAM filters and stuff...

It'd also be cool to see a fighter bow out at the last minute and see a tomato can or untested rookie step (or a boxer with the "fights too much" conditioning) in as a last-minute replacement.
