I would suggest that if you're not going to do individual ratings, then make everyone average and let people adjust from there rather than making it random.

Great Job thus far, and I can't wait for the finished set (high praise considering it's coming from a user who detests modern-day non-fictional leagues

). I would also add one more suggestion. Is there any way you and Rolen would consider offering a roster set intended for career players, meaning only the top minor league prospects are present? Large minor league systems definitely stunt the growth of minor league players, and I think a lot of OOTP'ers would use a reduced minors set. This is just a question, no pressure intended, as I know you have been already asked to create a few different versions already and I know this is a daunting task in itself.
