Silver
It's Sugar Hill on top in OL S356. The Gang were dominant in gaining the title.
As for the outlook overall, only five teams are not in the playoffs or relegated. OL has a chance to capture all four promotion spots. |

Cheers, the team seemed to find their mojo when long-term target Miguel Cabrera strolled through the doors
![]() It's 1-0 to Nowhere already. Good luck! Edit: Ouch! I can sympathize with Waffletown... Last edited by Tinkerman; 12-05-2021 at 03:00 PM. |

better team obviously won, but if it wasn't for some dismal pitching from Rodriguez, the Syrups shoulda won game 2, and went into extras in game 3.... so wasn't for lack of trying ah well, better off to stay put than moving up and being the league punching bag

It's been a nice run of playoff years in Gold so I guess we were due to be promoted one of these days.

Our Leaguers Still Standing
In G353, Nowhere and Silly are hanging in. In S356, there's Baltimore vs. Keystone, and Sugar Hill. In B338, it's Shoebox vs, Boston and Bluffton in the NC. Hartford is still going in I342 and will be headed to bronze, so I guess we'll know if they're still active.
The assignments for next week are set. There will hopefully be crowns in diamond, gold, silver, and bronze. There are a dozen bronze teams, so I suppose that means OOTP can spread them across six or seven leagues. If enough catch, I'll take care of the standings. Here's the layout: Diamond - Cary, Silly, Nowhere, Brooklyn (magus is back?) Gold - Seattle, Port Ruppert, Knockemstiff, Paxville, Waffletown, Baltimore, Keystone, Sugar Hill, Coney Island,k Annandale Silver - Lemp Ave., Algoma, Sonora High, HelthWyzer, Gettysburg, Cleveland, New York, Sunday, South Holland, Otsego Lake, Gear Terrace, West Burlington, San Francisco, Shinbone, Boston, Shoebox, Bluffton Bronze - Terra Incognita, Asheboro, Inland Empire, Las Vegas, Left Coast, Daytona Beach, Boulder City, Asylum, Iron Maiden, Hartford, Lumberton, Route 66 Don't forget to do the list thing. See ya later with some trophies. Good luck to those still playing. |

Keystone Clips Sugar Hill in S356 Series
The Kops had to go through three OL teams, topping Cleveland, 3-1, Baltimore, 4-3, and Sugar Hill to take PT honors. Congratulations!

Hope to be back for 2057
If RNG Jesus smiles on OL, I'll take care of bronze next week. I have work tomorrow, so won't check in until later in the afternoon. The good thing about being on the sideline was having the time to finish up my in-game graphics for FHM8, where my Phoenix Roadrunners are in the 1977/78 season.

2057 tier breakdown:
I fully expect things to change completely at the bronze level as this amount of 'normalcy' isn't... well... normal (assume one of the teams that moved down to bronze is one of those "glue" teams that holds friends leagues together... or maybe it's Hartford moving up....):Bronze= 12 teams (11 in the same league! and 1 off by themselves) Silver= 17 teams Gold= 10 teams Diamond= 4 teams Gold league: heavy OL in the AC West (4 teams), Paxville alone in the AC East; 2 OL each in the NC East and Central, and Keystone holding down the fort in the NC West |

Teams all nicely spread out, except AC East, where Boston stands alone. AC Central looks to be a battle.

Game on for another week. I've made my 3 teams pretty much as different as I can, without dropping certain necessary players (i.e. FH3 Jackie on all 3 for slightly different reasons). I'm now waiting for certain cards to hopefully become slightly better value for PP, and maybe 1 or 2 more former Mariners to drop.
Interesting distribution in Gold again. I like that random aspect of OL, as long as there are plenty of teams! Notice that the Mundys and Steelheads are huddled together in the PTSD division

So I am not sure what the rules are for a crown in Diamond 361. Two teams in each league, none in the same division means that the requisite ten games requires interleague play. Nowhere Men and Cary meet for a home and away series and thus each of those teams have 13 games. However, Silly Mad and Brooklyn do not meet in cross-league play so they only have 7 OL games each. What is the ruling on that? Is there an OL champion, or no?

Bronze and Gold
Here are the league set ups. I checked, and even the solo teams will qualify for the OL crown chases. I will be happy to do the bronze (finally). Not sure how Boulder City gets missed after many weeks. Oh well, I guess we can't expect PT to be perfect. I'd rather not invest the time, but if I see gold is neglected, I'll catch them up later in the week.

I just checked and, if at least two of the four play ten games, they will compete for the crown. Unfortunately, the other two only qualify to be spoilers. Last edited by Stanley Kuppchaser; 12-06-2021 at 06:17 PM. |

Gold League
Quite a busy first month. Fingers crossed that the Kings and Shiners can both get promoted.
