Paxville did take the 5 games against Cary 3-2, but it sure would have been good to play a lot more games to decide a winner.

Brooklyn had a rough time against the Kings, but 2-2 from their final series against Paxville, along with other results, was enough to help them deservedly claw their way to safety.

Good luck to Cary in the playoffs, although I do kind of hope we get a better run at Diamond OL next week.

2-1 vs Knockemstiff and cool as ice when it mattered.

It'll take quite a combination of luck for a 4-way OL Sub-League, but stranger things have happened.

Algoma doubles their lead to capture the Silver OL316 title. Up to 4 OL teams will advance through the playoffs to Gold promotion. Five OL teams are relegated to Bronze.

With the possible exception of Paxville to perfect, everything is set up for 2055. We will have a real good amount of teams in bronze, so hopefully folks will see this and check their lists. Also, I've listed Lumberton as bronze, but it's possible they could slip. They were tied with a couple of teams, so I could not determine their status. I'll check back a few hours from now, since we still have seven teams still in action at various levels, with two OL series possible. Good luck to all, and please check your list.

Diamond - Brooklyn, Cary, Knockemstiff, Nowhere
Gold - Coney Island, Waffletown, Seattle, Lemp Ave., Sonora High, Port Ruppert, Silly, Annandale, Sugar Hill, Keystone, Algoma
Silver - Asylum, Otsego Lake, Inland Empire, South Holland, Cleveland, Shinbone, Daytona Beach, Sunday, HelthWyzer, Baltimore, Asheville, Gettysburg, New York, Gear Terrace, Las Vegas, Bluffton, West Burlington

Things went south quickly for Paxville in the Sub-League, losing 4-1. Knockemstiff went down in 7, but Nowhere are into the Gold Series, so good luck to them!

Fingers crossed that the teams all land where they should tomorrow.

Good season Paxville, I took the season series 9-6 but you came through when it mattered and swept my Jackpine Savages out of the playoffs with 3 shutouts! Bummer we had to be in the same division as the two best teams in our league. Was hoping you'd run the table and make PeL.

Hopefully I see you guys in my league next season and good luck if not!

As stated above, Paxville and Knockemstiff both were eliminated. The silver lining to the Kings' dark cloud is that we get five OL teams in diamond, so add them to the previous list. I left them off before so as not to jinx them.

Algoma and Keystone have exited in silver, while the Tortugas were beached in bronze, leaving Sugar Hill the only other OL team standing with Nowhere. Good luck.

Nowhere up 2-1 against a team that Knockemstiff should've beaten, so a win for the Men would also be revenge of sorts for me

, so Perfect can wait as long as it likes as far as I'm concerned. I'd probably just have ended up playing 'count how many homers Babe Ruth hits against me' anyway

Both the Sugar Hill Gang and the Nowhere Men fell in seven games, so there will be no PT hardware for the OL trophy room this season. Let's do a good job on the friends list this week so we can crown four champions in 2055. Tell all your friends, especially those in bronze.

2055 tier breakdown:

Silver/Gold/Diamond all look good. Enough in one Bronze league for a crown if we get results.

Iron= 2 teams in different leagues
Bronze= 8 teams (5 in same league; 3 in separate)
Silver= 17 teams
Gold= 11 teams
Diamond= 5 teams
