Milling Series - Game 3: #3 Horsefly Jazzy Razzy (94-68, 4th post season) vs #2WC Weyerbacher Blithering Idiot (87-75, 6th post season)
Horsefly designated hitter Sillvestre Dionsio was nearly a one-man wrecking crew in game 3, as he went 2-for-4 from the plate with 2 runs scored and 4 RBIs as he led the Jazzy Razzy to a 5-3 series clinching victory over Weyerbacher. He would be awarded the series MVP for his .364 average, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs in the 3 game set. |

Milling Series - Game 4: #1 Russian River Blind Pig (108-54, 6th post season) vs #4WC Crooked Crab Furious George (89-73, 3rd post season)
The final score belied the closeness of the game as Russian River took a slim 2 run lead into the 9th inning of game 4. Crooked Crab fans were hoping their team would hold the line and make a comeback in the bottom half of the frame, but that was not to be, as the Blind Pig tacked on 4 more runs to put the game out of reach at 8-2. |

Having struggled at the plate in the first three games of the series, Kona hoped that Pablo Landeros would break out of his slump sooner than later. In game 4, they got their wish as Landeros went 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs and a run scored to lead his club to a 4-2 victory to force a deciding game 5. |

Milling Series - Game 4: #1 Ballast Point Commodores (106-56, 5th post season) vs #4WC Great Raft Reasonably Corrupt (84-78, 4th post season)
Clinging to a 2-1 lead heading into the bottom of the 7th, Ballast Point looked to get just 9 more outs and avoid an early upset exit from the post season. Great Raft had other plans and pushed across three runs in the bottom half of the frame, thanks to an RBI double from Adrian Shaw and a 2 run homer from Carlos Garcia. The Reasonably Corrupt tacked on another run in the 8th and finished off Ballast Point 5-3 in the game, and 3 games to 1 in the series. |

Milling Series - Game 4: #4 Tree House Tornado (91-71, 6th post season) vs #1WC Boulder Killer Penguin (88-74, 2nd post season)
The play of the game occurred in the bottom of the 8th. With Tree House clinging to a 1-0 lead, and Boulder catcher Alex Monzon on second base with two outs; designated hitter Mike Park stepped to the plate and stroked a single into the center-right gap. Tornado center fielder Jason Cooper fielded the ball cleanly and came up firing as Monzon rounded third and headed home at a full sprint looking to tie the game. Unfortunately for Monzon, Cooper has a cannon and catcher Josh Moots tagged out his counterpart to preserve the shutout. Tree House would claim the 1-0 win to tie up the series and force a deciding game 5. |

Milling Series - Game 5: #4 Rabid Dwarves of Doom (84-78, 1st post season) vs #1WC Kona Pipeline (95-67, 5th post season) It was a pitching and defensive fans dream deciding game as Kona's Brendan Poole (6.2 innings, 4 hits, no runs) and Rabid's Justin Gable (8 innings, 3 hits, no runs) kept the other's offense off balance all game. The score remained 0-0 after 9 innings of play and the deciding game 5 rolled into extra frames. In the bottom of the 10th, with runners on 1st and 2nd, Rabid right fielder Andy Oliver ripped a fastball down the right field line. Kona right fielder Lorenzo Acosta came up firing but Rabid's George Clifton beat the throw to score the walk-off, series clinching run. |

Milling Series - Game 5: #4 Tree House Tornado (91-71, 6th post season) vs #1WC Boulder Killer Penguin (88-74, 2nd post season)
Boulder starting pitcher Josh Sutton had perhaps the game of his career (so far) in game 5, as he nearly went the distance, tossing 8.2 innings (119 pitches), giving up 7 hits and just 1 run, with no walks and only 2 strikeouts (so heavily relying on his defense), before turning things over to Justin McNally who got the final out (on one pitch) to secure the 2-1 win and the 3 games to 2 series clincher. |

Mashing Series - Game 1: #2 Funky Buddha Huki Idol (99-63, 2nd post season) vs #2WC Terrapin Hopsecutioner (92-70, 6th post season)
It was a storybook ending that every boy practices in the backyard, but this one wasn't make believe for Valentin Gonzalez. With Funky Buddha down 3-2 in the bottom of the 9th, one runner aboard and two outs, Gonzalez stepped to the plate and promptly deposited a game winning 2 run homer into the right field stands to give the Huki Idol a walk-off 4-3 victory. |

Mashing Series - Game 1: #2 Scorched Earth Giant Killer (95-67, 5th post season) vs #3 Horsefly Jazzy Razzy (94-68, 4th post season)
Scorched Earth took a 5-1 lead into the 8th inning, hoping to cruise to a quick and easy win in the opening game of the series. Then the bottom fell out. The Jazzy Razzy proceeded to score 4 runs in the top of the 8th to knot the game at 5 apiece. In the top of the 9th, Horsefly notched another run to take their first lead of the game. Rather than snatching a come from behind victory though, they proceeded to surrender a game tying run in the bottom of the 9th. Then the second game began, as the teams traded outs by the bunches (with Horsefly turning 6 double plays in the game), and the game extended into the 17th inning, before Steve Hardin of the Giant Killer finally stroked an RBI single for a walk-off 7-6 win. |

Mashing Series - Game 1: #1WC Boulder Killer Penguin (88-74, 2nd post season) vs #4WC Great Raft Reasonably Corrupt (84-78, 4th post season)
One swing of the bat from center fielder Paul Kelm was all that Great Raft needed in game 1 as he blasted a 3 run homer in the 4th inning to give his club a 3-2 lead, which they would not relinquish. Starter Jason Opatz and reliever Tom Mahoney did a tag-team effort to claim a 4-2 win |

Mashing Series - Game 2: #1 Russian River Blind Pig (108-54, 6th post season) vs #4 Rabid Dwarves of Doom (84-78, 1st post season)
The Dwarves of Doom used the long ball to snatch a road win, as Andy Oliver homered in the 7th to tie up the game; and Alex Salgado homered the next inning to give Rabid a 3-2 lead. Closer Carlos Villalobos would close out the last 2 innings to give Rabid the win and knot up the series at 1 each. |

Mashing Series - Game 2: #2 Funky Buddha Huki Idol (99-63, 2nd post season) vs #2WC Terrapin Hopsecutioner (92-70, 6th post season)
It took extra frames to decide the outcome of game 2, and when it was done, Terrapin third baseman Rich Gulley ended up the hero of the game as he made a slow trot around the bases after a home run in the top of the 12th. Hopsecutioner reliever Brent Johnson would make that hold up to secure a 5-4 win to tie up the series at a game each. |

Mashing Series - Game 2: #2 Scorched Earth Giant Killer (95-67, 5th post season) vs #3 Horsefly Jazzy Razzy (94-68, 4th post season)
An error by Horsefly second baseman Josh Bomar in the 4th inning proved costly, as Scorched Earth would proceed to score 3 additional unearned runs to cap off a 4 run inning to nab a 4-3 lead in the game. The Jazzy Razzy would tie up the game with a solo homer from Jesus Cruz. The game would extend into extra innings, where Giant Killer left fielder David Lopez would notch a walk-off win with a three run homer to clinch the game 7-4 and give Scorched Earth a 2 games to none lead in the series. |

Mashing Series - Game 3: #1 Russian River Blind Pig (108-54, 6th post season) vs #4 Rabid Dwarves of Doom (84-78, 1st post season) Game 3 appeared to be headed for a slugfest, as Russian River put up a 3-spot in the first and second innings to claim a quick 6-0 lead; while the Dwarves of Doom answered back with 3 runs of their own in the bottom of the second to cut the lead to 6-3. The pitching and defense settled down after that and would surrender just one more run as Russian River claimed a 7-3 win and a 2 games to 1 lead in the series. |
