I copied all of my jerseys, ballcaps, pants and logos folders over from OOTP26 to OOTP27, but when creating a new game, the uniforms don't seem to auto-load correctly for teams. I have to go into each team and ask OOTP to re-load them, and then suddenly they work. I have to do this for home vs. road. I've never had this problem before with any previous version, so is there a compatibility issue, or am I missing something?

Did you copy the colors.xml folder as well? Do that and then there is an option in league setting to import entire league from colors.xml Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My OOTP27 installation has a colors folder that has XML files for all MLB teams and a few KBO teams. My OOTP26 installation has the same. There are no XML files for minor league or other international teams. So, are the XML files overriding OOTP's auto-loading of historical ballcaps, jerseys, and pants? Are there supposed to be proper XML files that include historical file references and years for all the historical uniforms and logos? Neither my OOTP27 or OOTP26 installations have XML files with any historical years or file references, but everything was working fine when I had all of the files in my OOTP26 folders. Now it doesn't work in OOTP27. Has something changed where OOTP no longer detects and loads all the ballcaps, jerseys, pants automatically, based on the file names and associated dates? I just want this to work automatically with no need to manually request re-loads or import a league from XML files. Last edited by Charlie Hough; 07-24-2026 at 06:42 PM. |
