As far as I know, the normal maps have to be .png files for OOTP to recognize them, but that's really a question for Jorin.

The map would have to be in the OOTP jerseys directory though for that to happen, correct? I very rarely use the jerseys folder for anything other then real minors jerseys. I prefer to load my jerseys manually or have the path set for a jersey set like Pwals jerseys or the the old reds 1/No Pepper/Ashante Warriors/Silvam set for historical. So while i might on occasion load a folder into teh game that has Maps, as general rule I will only load from my many League folders that have jerseys for the years i want to use them.

I will spend time updating many of these to the new Silvam set eventually.

AFAIK the map has to be in the same directory as the jersey.

OOTP will automatically look in the same directory the jersey file is in. So if the jersey file is just loose on your Desktop, OOTP will look for the normal map on the Desktop as well. OOTP copies both files into the league's jerseys directory.

I have to say..the ones I've created look SHARP AS HELL! They look great! I was skeptical and had to figure out how to do the program, but now I've gotten the hang of it, it's easy. I will have sharp looking teams playing my leagues! This was the 2000 Mets.

the Gern44 texture for caps does not seem to work. If you select it, you don't see any of your changes...nor does the texture change from what I can tell. Like setting a color for the cap or brim or button or anything.

D'oh! Thanks, I must have accidentally deleted it at some point. It'll be back in the next release, whenever I get around to that.

Until then, here's the file which you can load as a custom texture:

I am wondering if there is any chance you will ever make a desktop version of your ballpark generator? I love this app...and I really wish the developers would give real-time sim the love it has needed for a very long time now. If they did, this would really be a great tool for ballparks not included in the stock MLB setup.

I love the uniform creator. However, I've been having an issue with the collars. For some reason, after adding the uniforms to the game, there are two different collar colors:

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I am using the textured jersey image in-game.

I noticed that, as well. I'd also like to be able to get rid of that and just have one solid color.

Click on Advanced and then allow the download. This is a false positive many antivirus programs will flag as will Firefox apparently. You may have Firefox set to strict and can temporarily set it to Standard in the Privacy & Security settings.

Thats caused by the normal map using a ring around the collar.
