I've downloaded the game and all is well other than I'm still not receiving my serial # key email when I try to retrieve it from the after sales support page. The email it sends says "your download of ." and there's no content in the email.

Once friday happens do we have to reinstall or the game will be already updated from the BETa

There's another link that was posted some time back that allows you to enter your email and then takes you to your FastSpring order page, which in turn has your license key on it.

Thanks, I've searched for something similar to the link you mentioned but have had no luck so far finding it. I've reached out to fastspring support with hopes they can help.

Hmmm found the saved game files from OOTP 22 no problem. But I don't see the OOTP 23 files there at all; only the application. Any idea where the OOTP 23 save folder might be hiding?

Tried to input my license key No success!.. The zeros and letter O have always been a problem Tried switching it a zillion times.. Says not found on server.. I submitted ticket etc.. Al I want is a dam email sent so I can copy and paste the key into the game.. Never got one and i cannot get the original email thru search.. Waited around all day for an email.. No dice..

You need to download the new version that comes out Friday. But you won’t need to re-enter your license key and all your files will be intact.

Anyone having this issue I finally found a link from a nice user in the OOTP discord that worked for me after I logged into my account I purchased the game with. It showed my license key info after logging in. Hopefully it works for you too.

Downloaded and started PT and a franchise....no issues whatsoever! Now I haven't gotten into a game yet but so far so good!

All is well now.. I believe one of the numbers was a "q" which looked like a zero underlined Signed onto 3 of my old Perfect teams... I think.. 3 different email addresses.. Have to wait to see on Friday I guess if I get the loyalty stuff.. Still confused about that..

Is it a beta thing that my setup on the home screen gets reset every time I boot the game back up?

I've been buying the game for many years but I usually get the Steam version. So I can't remember the last time I got the preorder and played the beta. Any help would be appreciated.

If it's just a beta thing, then it's fine. I have no issue dealing with it for a couple days.

Mine is doing the same thing. Everything is greyed out now. Unplayable for me.

Does anyone know if there will be an x86 or ARM64 version, like in years last, instead of just an x64 version? The computer I use does not let me use x64 versions of games and apps.

Every year I preorder.

Every year I say that I am going to wait a bit before I transfer over my games because if the inevitable bugs.

Every year I end up not waiting.

Every year I regret it as the game starts out super-buggy before it gets straightened out.

So far I have held off. We'll see.

(I love this game but I am not a beta tester. I am a customer.)

Not sure what the issue was but once I downloaded Build 41, all of my home screen stuff has been saving and all the customizations to my different menus also.

Maybe it was a coincidence or something that got fixed in the updated build. But either way, thanks again for a tremendous product. Already having so much fun with this years game. There's a ton of small changes that are making the experience so much better. Thanks to the OOTP team!
