Well, after a 108 win season I was knocked out of the playoffs by the wildcard team who finished 16 games behind me in the regular season. Go figure.

Since I am not in the final four of the playoffs and only four teams get promoted this team might stay in Bronze yet again? Although I am not sure exactly how that works.

Hank Greenberg hit a grand slam in the bottom of the 10th of game 5 to win the DS in D372. Watched the whole game on replay so that was really exciting. The first 2 batters of the inning got outs too. Now onto facing the Hartford Whale with a 120 win pythag.

Yes, promotions are based on playoffs’ result so you should stay in bronze.

My fourth season in Diamond was my best yet with 112 wins. With a +350 run differential and a 23-4 September I'm hoping this is finally the year to reach Perfect. We had to come from behind to win the Division Series. Because I'm out of town I only had time for a quick check-in, so won't be able to see my fate until either late tonight or tomorrow. Need four more wins for promotion, but I'd really like eight more to win the title.

Congrats on a great season! The Seals had a 103 pythag this year (won 98) and am in the CS right now against a whale who's team I'm quite jealous of (Maddux, Dizzy Trout, Saberhagen, Blyleven, Drysdale rotation and a perfect Eckersley closing). He might be slightly vulnerable vs RHP, so I put Medina into my rotation who has crazy splits vs RHB. It'll be tough for me to get past him though so I'm kind of anticipating another week at diamond.

Thanks, and good luck! You never know what will happen once the playoffs start. Exploit whatever potential weakness you can! Definitely feels a little different than the past couple years.

Got knocked out in the first round for the 3rd time. Best team I have compiled so far and like Maddox above I won 100+ games and got beat by a wildcard team with a surprisingly terrible lineup...

At least "better luck next year" comes super fast in Perfect Team...

my .500 division winning gold league team won their LDS series.... (in fact, all the lower ranked teams won their LDS series)

good news: off to the LCS

bad news: we'll be moving to the diamond league next year.... might be ugly

My Corsairs choked in September going 10-18 and missing out on the wildcard by two games. Reavers didn't do well in S303 but I expect they'll give a better accounting next year. Subways Rats took their division and the pitching has been amazing so far in the playoffs, giving up 11 runs enroute to a pair of sweeps into the finals. We'll be up against the Wheaton Brewers who went 102-60 in the regular season.

This was my first season of Perfect Team. I had two teams competing.

My Peoria Flames earned a Wildcard playoff berth in Bronze .307. After winning my WC game, They lost 3-1 in the 2nd round.

My Krathan Garrickes earned a Wildcard playoff berth in Bronze .302. They also won their WC game but lost 3-2 in int 2nd round.

I had fun building my teams this season and look forward to trying to get back to the playoffs and hopefully winning some championships.
