Harry Saferight
Never played in the majors (worse still, as Baseball Reference notes, "He was the on-deck batter on three different occasions but all three times the Pirates' batter made the third out of the inning to deny him a time at bat"). Merkle923 Thank You. Sam was like a brother to my dad and he has really been there for us since my dad passed. You wouldn't have any of my dad with this uniform on in color? I have a few but there are black and white.

Some recent deaths among our most senior MLB players shook up the Wikipedia Oldest Living players list. There were several new additions to the list.
Can members supply photos or baseball cards of the following players. All players are between 88 years, 5 months and 88 years, 1 month old - I've included their current rank in age, MLB career span, and the team I'd prefer them pictured with. #100. Joe Garagiola - C - (1946-1954) - Pittsburgh Pirates #109. Frank Saucier - OF - (1951 only) - St. Louis Browns. #110. Don Newcombe - P - (1949-1960) - Brooklyn Dodgers. #112. Bobby Morgan - INF - (1950-1958) - Philadelphia Phillies #114. George Spencer - P - (1950-1960) - New York Giants. #115.
